FAQs
Can I use my gift voucher to purchase a hamper? Our gift vouchers cannot be used as form of payment to buy hampers online.
When will I receive my delivery? Our nominated courier delivers between 9am and 6pm on your chosen delivery date.
Can I collect my kit? Of course, for more information on collection date, time and address please visit the Pick up section under the home kit or hamper page you’re interested in.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? To change your delivery address, please email orreryreservations@danddlondon.com for hampers from Orrery and athome@alexanderandbjorck.com for home kits from Orrery or Bluebird Chelsea.
Do you offer nationwide delivery? Yes, we deliver Nationwide delivery throughout mainland Britain. Delivery is not available to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands. For more information, please check the delivery information under the product you’re interested in.
Can I cancel my order? For cancellations, these must be sent within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email orreryreservations@danddlondon.com for hampers from Orrery and athome@alexanderandbjorck.com for home kits from Orrery or Bluebird Chelsea.
Lost & Damaged items
It’s our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please contact orreryreservations@danddlondon.com for hampers from Orrery and athome@alexanderandbjorck.com for home kits from Orrery or Bluebird Chelsea within 24 hors of delivery.
If our hampers or home kits have arrived damaged in transit, you will be required to submit photogenic evidence for D&D to feedback to our courier by emailing us at orreryreservations@danddlondon.com for hampers from Orrery and athome@alexanderandbjorck.com for home kits from Orrery or Bluebird Chelsea within 24 hors of delivery.
If we choose to provide a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
