**Dear customers, due to the successful reopening of our restaurants and the welcome return of events, we have decided to stop taking orders for the following months. We hope to be back with our home kits later in the Autumn.

Do you cater for my allergy or dietary requirements? For allergens, please visit the Allergen Info page under each home kit page. For dietary requirements, our team do the best to accommodate your requests. For all queries regarding your home kits from Bluebird, Butler’s Wharf Chop House, German Gymnasium or Orrery please email email@example.com. For home kits from Radici and Sartoria please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I use my gift voucher to purchase a home kit? Our gift vouchers cannot be used as form of payment to buy kits online.
When will I receive my delivery? Our nominated courier delivers between 9am and 6pm on your chosen delivery date.
Can I collect my kit? Of course, for more information on collection date, time and address please visit the Pick up section under the home kit page you’re interested in.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? To change your delivery address, please email email@example.com for home kits from Bluebird, Butler’s Wharf Chop House, German Gymnasium and Orrery or firstname.lastname@example.org for home kits from Radici and Sartoria.
Do you offer nationwide delivery? Yes, we deliver Nationwide Wednesday to Saturday throughout mainland Britain. Delivery is not available to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands.
Can I cancel my order? For cancellations, these must be sent within 24 hours of placing your order.
How long does the kit last after it’s arrived? Our kits need to be consumed within two days of the delivery day and no items are suitable for home freezing.
Lost & Damaged items
It’s our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please contact email@example.com within 24 hrs of delivery.
If our kits have arrived damaged in transit, you will be required to submit photogenic evidence for D&D to feedback to our courier by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org for home kits from Bluebird, Butler’s Wharf Chop House, German Gymnasium and Orrery or email@example.com for home kits from Radici and Sartoria.
If we have sent you an incorrect item or your kit has been lost, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible within 24 hours. D&D cannot accept liability for lost or damaged boxes whilst in transit.
If we choose to provide a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
